  • The MPBS Payroll Operations Country Survey collects detailed information on payments, processing, annual payroll costs (internal staff and outside vendor costs), quality & accuracy, and technology.

    Find out, for example, if your payroll:

    • Costs and staffing levels are in line with your peers.
    • Delivery model is most effective for your business.
    • Process meets industry standard accuracy and quality targets.

    To participate, your organization needs to have a minimum of 50 employees in the countries for which you would like to complete the payroll operations surveys. The MPBS team will send you the Excel-based country survey tool and, if needed, support you in the completion.
